By accessing or using PayFlow Planner ("the Service"), operated by Kenneth Solomon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PayFlow Planner is a personal finance management application that helps you track income, expenses, budgets, debts, and savings goals. The Service is available as a web application and a mobile application. All financial data is entered manually by you — we do not connect to bank accounts or import transactions automatically.
The Free plan provides limited access to core features (3 wallets, 100 entries/month). No credit card is required.
The Annual plan is billed yearly at the listed price. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal — access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
The Founding Member plan is a one-time lifetime purchase. Once purchased, your access never expires and you will not be charged again. Founding Member spots are limited and non-transferable. Founding Member pricing and availability may change at any time.
Annual plan: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the Service. Founding Member plan: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@payflowplanner.com for refund requests.

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export your data at any time using the built-in PDF, Excel, and CSV export features. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data through Settings → Account → Delete Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayFlow Planner and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
